进入三月,通常都是楼盘销售旺季的开始,被称为楼市“小阳春”。在去年一系列严厉的市场调控下,春节后济南很多楼盘都没有什么动作,而今年这股楼市促销的“暖流”被提前到了2月份。这也凸显了在调控继续严格执行的作用下,开发商受到较大的资金压力。而在一系列优惠措施刺激下,省城二月份至三月份的楼市成交量回升明显,很多楼盘一经推出,在短时间内便被购房者一抢而光。
