本文检测了３９例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ）血清中超氧化物歧化酶（５ＯＤ）、过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ）及脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）含量与３０例正常新生儿比较，结果显示ＨＩＥ患儿血中ＬＰＯ较正常增高，而且，急性期高于恢复期、重度高于中度，ＳＯＤ及ＣＡＴ均较正常减低，而且急性期低于恢复期，重度低于中度，统计学处理差异均显著。并观察了自由基清除剂对ＨＩＥ的疗效。
