为了更好地实施省级骨干教师培训,在启动广东省新一轮中小学骨干教师培训前我们做了充分的调研,发现一线教师们不仅需要学习理论知识,也需要在实践中得到指导提升,然而以往省级骨干教师培训存在重理论轻实践、重学科轻通识、重讲授轻研讨等问题。为此,在新一轮骨干教师省级培训中,我们针对以上问题调整了培训模式和培训内容等,采取专家引领、“师带徒”经验分享、自主探究、远程学习相
In order to better implement provincial key teacher training, we conducted a full investigation before starting the training of key teachers in the new round of primary and secondary schools in Guangdong Province. We found that front-line teachers not only need to learn theoretical knowledge but also need to be guided and promoted in practice. However, in the past, the provincial backbone teachers’ training included the following problems: light theory of practice, emphasis on general knowledge of science, emphasis on teaching and research on light topics.
