目的 阐明缺血脑组织的病理改变与转化生长因子 βⅠ型受体 (TβRⅠ )表达的关系。 方法 夹闭沙鼠双侧颈总动脉诱导短暂前脑缺血 ,检测缺血再灌后不同时点脑组织的病理变化和转化生长因子 βⅠ型受体 (TβRⅠ )mRNA及蛋白的表达。 结果 随沙鼠脑缺血再灌时间的延长 ,病理损害的加重 ,随之脑组织中TβRⅠmRNA和蛋白的表达逐渐上调。 结论 缺血脑组织TβRⅠ的表达上调可能是脑组织细胞对缺血产生的一种保护性反应以提高对TGFβ的敏感性 ,也可能是脑组织病理损伤严重程度的又一标志
Objective To elucidate the relationship between the pathological changes of ischemic brain tissue and the expression of transforming growth factor β Ⅰ receptor (TβRI). Methods The bilateral common carotid arteries of gerbils were occluded to induce transient forebrain ischemia. The pathological changes and the expression of TβRI mRNA and protein were detected at different time points after ischemia / reperfusion. Results With the prolongation of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion time in gerbils, the pathological damage was aggravated. The expression of TβRⅠmRNA and protein in brain tissue was gradually increased. Conclusion The upregulation of TβRI expression in ischemic brain tissue may be a protective response of brain cells to ischemia in order to increase the sensitivity to TGFβ and may be another sign of the severity of pathological damage in brain tissue
