当今信息技术的进步使得信息社会成型,而作为信息网络技术的发展支撑行业的电气工程及其相关的自动化专业类的人才需求也日益增多。一方面是社会对复合型、职业型的人才需求旺盛,而另一方面高校电气工程及其自动化专业的课程体系设置仍止步于十多年前的标准,培养体系建设、课程编排方法等亟待更新。电气自动化专业课程体系的改革应以工学结合为切入点,首先找准定位,对课程体系和教学内容进行以岗位工作为基础的体系化设计。
The advances in information technology today shape the information society, and the demand for talent in electrical engineering and related automation specialty industries that support the development of information network technology is also growing. On the one hand, society is experiencing strong demand for compound-type and professional-type talents; on the other hand, the setting of the curriculum system in electrical engineering and automation major in colleges and universities is still set to a standard of more than ten years ago. The training system construction and curriculum layout methods are in urgent need of updating . The reform of electrical automation professional curriculum system should be based on the combination of work and study, first identify the positioning, the curriculum system and teaching content based on post work system-based design.
