He was attracted by a leasing notice in front of a three-story building in one of Beijing’s most prosperous and high-traffic locations. He said: Property owners want to rent this three-story building at an annual rent of 400,000 yuan. The rent is paid in one lump sum. Having a shop in such a prime location means having a cash cow. But at the same time he was expensively rented and demanding payment methods
