目的:观察分析核磁共振(MRI)在膝关节损伤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院2013年7月~2014年7月收治的40例膝关节损伤患者,全部患者均分别接受CT及MRI检查,观察分析两种方法检查结果。结果:MRI检测准确率为100.00%,高于CT检查80.58%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在膝关节损伤诊断中,核磁共振有利于提高诊断准确性,准确判断关节损伤情况,为疾病诊断、治疗提供参考依据。
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint injury. Methods: Forty knee arthroplasty patients from July 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital were selected. All the patients were examined by CT and MRI. The results of two methods were observed and analyzed. Results: The accuracy of MRI was 100.00%, higher than that of CT (80.58%), the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the diagnosis of knee joint injury, MRI is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy and accurately determine the joint damage and provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
