为了有效提升油气管道的安全性,实现安全与成本的最优化,在生活质量指数(LQI,Life Quality Index)方法的基础上,针对油气管道建立了LQI评估模型;并以降低失效率为风险控制决策目标,根据我国油气管道行业的实际情况,提出了可接受的最小管道尺寸作为决策的标准。结果表明:LQI方法在与生命安全相关的风险控制决策上是有效的;通过LQI方法可以确定相关管道设计参数的可接受标准。
In order to effectively enhance the safety of oil and gas pipelines and optimize the safety and cost, LQI assessment model is established for oil and gas pipelines based on the LQI (Life Quality Index) method. Risk reduction According to the actual situation of China’s oil and gas pipeline industry, the decision-making goals, the minimum acceptable pipeline size as the standard for decision-making. The results show that the LQI method is effective in risk control decision-making related to life safety. The LQI method can be used to determine the acceptable standard of the related pipeline design parameters.
