为研究膏体料浆管道输送过程中的压力损失,本文建立了新型闭路环管试验测试平台,研究了管径、料浆流速、料浆中固相含量和物料粒径对膏体料浆管道输送压力损失的影响.流速对压力损失的影响分两个阶段:当流速小于黏性过渡流速时,压力损失随流速呈线性增加;当流速大于黏性过渡流速时,压力损失随着流速增加呈1~2次多项式增加,且增加速率远大于流速增加速率.压力损失随管径增大呈负幂指数减小,随料浆中固相质量分数的增加呈指数增加.在相同工况条件下,细粒级较粗粒级料浆管输压力损失更大,且黏性过渡流速较大,压力损失随流速增加相对缓慢.
In order to study the pressure loss in the process of paste slurry pipeline transportation, a new type of closed loop test platform was established in this paper. The effects of pipe diameter, slurry flow rate, solid content in the slurry and particle size on the paste slurry pipeline The pressure loss increases linearly with the flow rate when the flow rate is less than the viscous transition flow rate, and when the flow rate is greater than the viscous transition flow rate, the pressure loss increases with the flow rate 1 or 2 times polynomial increase, and the rate of increase is much larger than the rate of increase of velocity.The pressure loss decreases with the increase of diameter, and decreases exponentially, and increases exponentially with the increase of solid mass fraction in slurry.Under the same working conditions , The loss of pressure drop of the coarse-grained slurry tube with larger particle size is larger, and the viscous transition velocity is larger, and the pressure loss increases relatively slowly with the flow velocity.
