本文以微电极法、硫代巴比妥酸比色法和邻苯三酚自氧化法分别检测了61名健康成人的单个红细胞膜电位(Ery-MP)、血浆过氧化脂质(P-LPO)和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性(Ery-SODA).结果:Ery-MP为-6.6±3.0mV,P-LPO为9.83±1.77μmol/L,Ery-SODA为2313.15±235.72U/gHb;P-LPO与Ery-MP的直线回归和相关为??=0.5135X-11.6445,r=0.3072,P=0.016;Ery-SODA与Ery-MP的直线回归和相关为??=-0.0004 X-5.6172,r=-0.0337,P=0.7963;提示Ery-MP的绝对值随P-LPO的升高而下降,但与Ery-SODA无相关.
