入世后，人民币资本项目自由兑换的进程将大大加快，我国股票市场逐渐与国际资本市场接轨，我国目前实行的银行、证券分业经营格局将受到冲击。这些因素都将给我国券商带来第二次重组，带来新的发展机遇。券商应抓住机遇，不失时机地扩大股本规模，优化股本结构，在金融市场重新定位，争取业务多元化及发展跨国投资银行业务，积极参与国际市场竞争。
After China’s accession to the WTO, the process of convertibility of RMB capital accounts will be greatly accelerated. Our country’s stock market will gradually become integrated with the international capital market. The banking and securities businesses that are currently in operation in our country will be affected. These factors will bring a second reorganization to our brokerages and bring about new development opportunities.
