为研究配置PC钢棒预应力混凝土板的力学性能,开展了28块PC钢棒预应力混凝土单向板三分点静载试验,测得了各试验板的荷载—位移曲线、裂缝分布及开展、开裂弯矩和极限弯矩等数据。试验结果表明,PC钢棒与混凝土粘结可靠,试验板的位移延性系数大于2.02。基于试验结果,建立了压区混凝土应变梯度影响系数和PC钢棒应力变化系数的计算公式,提出了PC钢棒预应力混凝土板正截面承载力、短期刚度和裂缝宽度计算方法。
In order to study the mechanical properties of prestressed concrete slab with PC steel bars, 28 static tests of one-way PC prestressed concrete one-way slab were carried out. The load-displacement curves, Cracking moment and limit bending moment and other data. The test results show that the PC steel bar and the concrete are bonded reliably, and the displacement ductility coefficient of the test plate is greater than 2.02. Based on the test results, the formulas for calculating the influence coefficient of strain gradient and the stress change coefficient of PC steel bar are established, and the calculation methods of bearing capacity, short-term stiffness and crack width of PC steel bar prestressed concrete slab are proposed.
