充填倍线是管道自流输送的重要参数。采用简单的L型管道,基于流体力学及浆体管道自流输送理论,研究不同配比、浓度的料浆与充填倍线及输送阻力间的关系。结果表明:相同配比条件下,充填倍线随浓度的增大而减小,输送阻力随浓度的增大而增大;不同配比条件下,当浆体浓度低于70%时,输送阻力随配比增大而减小,而浓度高于70%时,减小配比具有降低浆体输送阻力的效果。最后建立了4种配比情况下充填倍线与输送阻力的回归模型,研究结果可为矿山管道自流输送提供理论依据。
Filling double-fold pipe is an important parameter of gravity conveying. Based on the theory of fluid mechanics and gravity flow of slurry pipe, a simple L-shaped pipe was used to study the relationship between the slurry with different ratio and concentration, filling times and conveying resistance. The results showed that under the same conditions, the filling line decreased with the increase of the concentration, and the transport resistance increased with the increase of the concentration. When the concentration of the slurry was below 70%, the transport resistance With the increase of the proportion decreases, while the concentration is higher than 70%, reduce the ratio has the effect of reducing the slurry delivery resistance. Finally, a regression model of filling times and conveying resistance under four kinds of proportioning conditions has been established. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for gravity conveying of mining pipelines.
