前置胎盘是病理妊娠中常见的一种,近年来母体的予后显著好转,死亡率下降。但是由于产前阴道大量出血,不得不在予产期前结束分娩。由于失血过多或其他并发症,常伴有胎儿宫内窘迫及死亡的不良后果。从1980年到1985年我院总分娩数为2343例,因前置胎盘出生的新生儿80例占3.4%,边缘性24例占1%,部分性36例占1.5%,中央性20例占0.9%。兹报告如下: Placenta previa is a common pathological pregnancy, maternal in recent years after a significant improvement, the mortality rate decreased.
