比较赤芝和松杉灵芝液体培养菌丝体生物量和多糖含量。在相同的培养条件下,对赤芝和松杉灵芝进行液体培养,采用热水浸提法提取干燥菌丝体多糖,通过蒽酮-硫酸法测定赤芝和松杉灵芝多糖含量。测得赤芝多糖含量为7.22%,松杉灵芝多糖含量为3.78%,液体培养赤芝生长速度比松杉灵芝快,多糖含量也比松杉灵芝高,因此,赤芝更适合用于液体培养生产灵芝多糖。
Comparison of Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma lucidum liquid culture mycelial biomass and polysaccharide content. Under the same culture conditions, the Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma lucidum were cultured in liquid, the mycelium polysaccharide was extracted by hot water extraction, and the Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides were determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method. The content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide was 7.22%, the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides was 3.78%. The liquid Ganoderma lucidum grew faster than Ganoderma lucidum and the content of polysaccharide was higher than that of Ganoderma lucidum. Therefore, Ganoderma lucidum was more suitable for liquid culture to produce Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides .
