TFF3 molecule is a cell protective factor of gastrointestinal mucosa, the main function is to maintain the integrity of the mucosa and promote the repair of damaged epithelium. NF-κB is a multifunctional transcription factor involved in the immune response, inflammatory response, cell proliferation, apoptosis regulation and tumor formation in vivo. Studies have shown that TFF3 and NF-κB play a regulatory role through a variety of cytokines (IL-8, Vascular Endothelial Factor, etc.) during the development of gastric cancer induced by inflammatory diseases of the stomach, during which TFF3 and NF-κB interact , Mutual adjustment, work together. Further study of TFF3 and NF-κB in inflammatory tumors and their relationship may provide new potential targets for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical inflammatory tumor-related diseases.
