以钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel)制备出了晶粒尺寸6~23nm的二氧化钛粉体,并对酸度.制备温度和升温速率等条件进行了研究.实验证明:室温下,硝酸与钛酸酯摩尔比为0.30~0.39;450℃左右煅烧2h可得锐钛型二氧化钛纳米粉体;600℃煅烧2h得到金红石型二氧化钛粉体.
Titanium tetrabutoxide was used as raw material to prepare titanium dioxide powder with grain size of 6 ~ 23nm by sol-gel method, and the conditions of acidity, preparation temperature and heating rate were studied. It is proved that the molar ratio of nitric acid to titanate is 0.30-0.39 at room temperature; anatase titanium dioxide nanopowder can be obtained by calcining at 450 ℃ for 2h; calcined at 600 ℃ for 2h to get rutile titania powder.
