一、市场整体情况概述 2003年第一季度(1月1日~3月31日)取得新预售许可证的项目共68个,其中普通住宅项目60个,公寓项目2个,写字楼项目4个,商业项目2个。新盘总建筑面积共约3959958.33平方米,其中准许销售面积共约2359512.42平方米,与去年同期相比增长了84.08%。由于房地产开发建设的周期比较长,所以2003年第一季度新盘供应量的高速增长应归因于前两年房地产开发投资的高速增长,其中2001年和2002年房地产开发投资增幅分别为50.12%和26.2%。
I. General overview of the market The first quarter of 2003 (January 1 to March 31) made a total of 68 new pre-sale permits, of which 60 were general residential projects, 2 apartment projects and 4 office building projects , 2 commercial projects. The new total floor area of a total of about 3959958.33 square meters, of which the total sales area of about 2359512.42 square meters, with an increase of 84.08% over the same period last year.
