选用11个脂肪含量不同的大豆品种配置6个杂交组合,对遗传背景不同的大豆杂交组合F2代脂肪含量遗传变异进行分析,并对脂肪含量与蛋白质含量和主要农艺性状进行相关分析。结果表明:(1)双亲脂肪含量高,其F2代脂肪平均值高,F2代脂肪含量与中亲值呈极显著正相关;(2)F2代脂肪含量存在广泛的变异,遗传变异的大小与杂交组合的遗传丰度和双亲脂肪含量差值密切相关;(3)F2代脂肪含量超亲率随着双亲脂肪含量差值的增大而减少;(4)大豆脂肪含量与蛋白质含量、百粒重和底荚高呈极显著负相关,与单株粒数和株高呈极显著正相关。
Six soybean cultivars with different fat content were used to analyze the genetic variation of fat content of F2 generation with different genetic backgrounds. The correlation analysis was made between the fat content, protein content and main agronomic traits. The results showed that: (1) the content of fat in parents was high, the average value of fat in F2 was high, the fat content in F2 was positively correlated with the value of medium progeny; (2) The fat content in F2 was extensively variable, The genetic abundance of the crosses was closely related to the difference of the fat content of the parents. (3) The excess of the fat content in the F2 generation decreased with the increase of the difference of the fat content in the parents. (4) The fat content, the protein content, There was a significant negative correlation between heavy and end pod height, and a significant positive correlation with grain number and plant height.
