探讨紫外线对角膜的损伤机制中是否有细胞凋亡的存在。方法 :用 40 0 μw/ cm2的紫外线照射大鼠角膜 ,取下后迅速固定 ,作石蜡切片 ,然后用原位末端标记技术 (ISEL)检测凋亡的细胞。结果 :照射 5 min组与对照组无明显差异 (p>0 .0 5 ) ,而照射 15 min组与对照组及照射 5 min组均有明显差异 (p<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :紫外线照射大鼠角膜 ,经过一定的潜伏期后 ,可以诱导其上皮细胞凋亡
To investigate the mechanism of ultraviolet corneal damage whether there is the existence of apoptosis. Methods: The cornea of rats was irradiated with 40 0 μW / cm2 UV light. After removal, the corneas were fixed rapidly and paraffin sections were made. Then apoptotic cells were detected by in situ terminal labeling (ISEL). Results: There was no significant difference (p> 0.05) between the 5 min irradiation group and the control group (p> 0.05), while there was a significant difference between the irradiation 15 min group and the control group and the 5 min irradiation group (p <0.01). Conclusion: The cornea irradiated by ultraviolet light can induce the apoptosis of epithelial cells after a certain period of incubation
