最近发明的长效溴隐亭,含甲磺酰溴隐亭(Bromo-Cripine mesylate),以聚乳酸为赋型剂按照喷雾干燥法制成微粒,用前采用双筒注射器将其与右旋糖苷液制成混悬液,深部臀肌注射后可缓慢释放。正常人每次注射后可持续抑制PRL基值及睡眠时分泌达4～6周。作者报导用长效溴隐亭治疗13例PRL瘤患者,其中5例大腺瘤,8例微腺瘤,全组均有高泌乳素血症。8例女性患者中,6例闭经,2例月经稀
