学前教育是基础教育的基础,是终身教育的开端,是国民教育体系的重要组成部分。优质的学前教育对于促进个体在早期的全面健康发展、巩固和提高九年义务教育质量与效益等方面都有着十分重要的价值和深远的意义。当前,我国学前教育存在着一些突出的问题,如财政投入少、普及率低、发展不平衡、师幼比超标、学前教育质量保障体系不完善等,这些都不利于我国学龄前儿童接受高质量的教育。本文主要采用文献分析法来比较澳大利亚与新加坡的学前教育体系,以期为我国的学前教育提供一些借鉴。
Pre-school education is the foundation of basic education, the beginning of lifelong education, and an important part of the national education system. Good preschool education has very important value and far-reaching significance in promoting individual’s comprehensive and healthy development in the early stage, consolidating and improving the quality and benefit of nine-year compulsory education. At present, there are some outstanding problems in preschool education in our country, such as less financial investment, low popularization rate, unbalanced development, excessive teacher-and-pupil ratio and incomplete preschool education quality assurance system, which are not conducive to the acceptance of high-quality preschool children in our country Education. This paper mainly uses the method of literature analysis to compare the pre-school education system in Australia and Singapore with a view to providing some reference for our preschool education.
