Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and treatment of post-dialysis-like dance-like complications in uremic patients. Methods The clinical manifestations and imaging findings of 2 typical patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results uremic hemodialysis patients with vitamin B 1 deficiency can be caused by a variety of reasons, common in low intake and excessive loss of dialysis. Insufficient vitamin B_1, tricarboxylic acid cycle disorder, increased blood lactate, resulting in a series of body-related symptoms. The clinical manifestations of most of Venenaker’s encephalopathy. Conclusions Patients with chorea-like dyskinesia caused by dysfunction of basal ganglia in hemodialysis should be aware of this disease at diagnosis. Blood lactate and brain basal ganglia imaging examination can provide a diagnosis of the disease basis. Vitamin B_1 intravenous therapy significantly alleviate the disease.
