目的:优选炙甘草汤的壳聚糖絮凝纯化工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以提取液中人参皂苷Rg_1、Re、Rb_1的总含量及除杂率为评价指标,考察药液质量浓度、壳聚糖加入量、静置温度对纯化工艺的影响。结果:炙甘草汤壳聚糖絮凝纯化的最佳工艺为药液质量浓度0.25 g·ml~(-1),静置温度25℃,壳聚糖加入量12%。结论:优选的壳聚糖絮凝纯化工艺除杂率高,指标性成分损失量少,为炙甘草汤的剂型改革提供参考
Objective: To optimize Zhitangcao chitosan flocculation purification process. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to evaluate the total content of ginsenosides Rg_1, Re, Rb_1 and the removal rate of ginsenosides in the extract, and the effect of the concentration of chitosan, the dosage of chitosan and the standing temperature on the purification process was investigated . Results: The optimum conditions for the flocculation purification of Zhigancao Tang chitosan were as follows: the mass concentration of liquid was 0.25 g · ml -1, the standing temperature was 25 ℃ and the amount of chitosan was 12%. Conclusion: The optimized chitosan flocculation purification process has high removal rate of impurities and less amount of indicator components, which provides a reference for the formulation reform of Zhigancao Decoction.
