目的:研究长期驻防不同海拔高原环境对官兵体液免疫功能的影响。方法:采用特定蛋白分析仪,对驻防1年在海拔4000~5000m官兵74例(中海拔组)、5000m以上官兵74例(高海拔组)和1300m官兵76例(对照组)进行C3、C4、IgA、IgM和IgG5项体液免疫指标的测定。结果:中海拔组和高海拔组的C3、IgA和IgG异常率显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);中海拔组和高海拔组的C3、IgA、IgM和IgG水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);中海拔组的IgM和IgG水平显著高于高海拔组(P<0.01)。结论:不同海拔环境对长期驻防官兵体液免疫功能影响不同。
Objective: To study the long-term stationing in different altitude environment on the body fluid immune function. Methods: Using specific protein analyzer, 74 patients (middle altitude group), 74 soldiers (above altitude group) and 1300m officers and soldiers (control group) IgA, IgM and IgG5 Humoral Immunity Indexes. Results: The abnormal rates of C3, IgA and IgG in middle altitude group and high altitude group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). The levels of C3, IgA, IgM and IgG in middle altitude group and high altitude group were significantly (P <0.05). The levels of IgM and IgG in middle altitude group were significantly higher than those in high altitude group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Different altitude environments have different effects on humoral immune function of officers and men stationed in long-term.
