目的探讨孟鲁司特纳对呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎患儿血清半胱氨酰白三烯(CysLTs)的影响并观察其疗效。方法选择年龄4~12个月的呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎患儿共100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组仅给予综合治疗,观察组在综合治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特纳4mg每晚一次口服。于治疗前、后检测血清半胱氨酰白三烯(CysLTs)水平,并观察两组达到喘息缓解所需时间。结果观察组达到喘息缓解所需时间与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组CysLTs水平较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特纳可缩短病程,降低呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎患儿CysLTs水平,在呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎的抗炎机制中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Montelukast on serum cysteinyl leukotrienes (CysLTs) in children with respiratory syncytial virus bronchiolitis and to observe its curative effect. Methods A total of 100 children with respiratory syncytial virus bronchiolitis aged 4 to 12 months were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group was given only comprehensive treatment, the observation group combined with montelukast Turner 4mg once a night on the basis of comprehensive treatment. Serum cysteinyl leukotrienes (CysLTs) levels were measured before and after treatment, and the time required for wheezing relief was observed in both groups. Results The time required for wheezing relief in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group (P <0.05). Meanwhile, the CysLTs level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Montelukastane can shorten the course of the disease and reduce the level of CysLTs in children with respiratory syncytial virus bronchiolitis, play an important role in the anti-inflammatory mechanism of respiratory syncytial virus bronchiolitis.
