目的探讨广东汉族妇女hOGG1 ser326cys基因多态性与宫颈癌关系,为宫颈癌的预防和治疗提供新的思路。方法利用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析技术,对86例宫颈癌患者和102名健康对照的hOGG1 ser326cys多态位点进行分型,采用非条件逻辑回归分析统计该多态位点与宫颈癌易感的相关性。结果ser/ser(CC)、ser/cys(CG)、cys/cys(GG)基因型在病例组中的频率分别为19.8%、52.3%和27.9%,在对照组中分别是23.5%、44.1%和32.4%,两组间基因型频率分布差异无统计学意义(2=1.26,P=0.532);携带hOGG1cys(G)变异等位基因与宫颈癌危险性无明显相关(OR=0.94,95%CI0.63~1.41,P=0.767)。结论hOGG1基因ser326cys多态位点与广东汉族妇女宫颈癌易感无相关性。 Objective To investigate the relationship between hOGG1 ser326cys gene and cervical cancer in Guangdong Han women and to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. Methods The genomic polymorphisms of hOGG1 ser326cys in 86 patients with cervical cancer and 102 healthy controls were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) and analyzed by non-conditional logistic regression Analysis and statistics of the polymorphic sites and cervical cancer susceptibility. Results The frequencies of ser / ser (CC), ser / cys (CG) and cys / cys (GG) genotypes were 19.8%, 52.3% and 27.9% in the case group and 23.5% and 44.1 % And 32.4%, respectively. There was no significant difference in genotype distribution between the two groups (2 = 1.26, P = 0.532). There were no significant correlations between the allele of hOGG1cys (G) and the risk of cervical cancer (OR = 0.94,95 % CI 0.63-1.41, P = 0.767). Conclusion There is no correlation between serog6cys polymorphism of hOGG1 gene and cervical cancer in Guangdong Han women.
