八、部分托牙的实验室制作——抛光焊接部分抛光——高熔合金铸件的抛光是一件比较复杂的工作。因为部份托牙的金属支架几何形状复杂硬度大,对抛光增加了一定的困难。为了使高熔合金的抛光打磨手续简化,除了对蜡形;包埋铸造的严格要求外。铸件的抛光同前大致有两种方法。其一手工机械打磨抛光;其二电化学抛光。前者抛光后表面光泽易退化。凡经过电化学抛光的支架表面光亮度是不易减退的. 抛光程序——去除内外层包埋料→喷砂去除暂留包埋料和表面氧化层→切割铸造→修整切割面→去除局部小瘤子→金刚砂布打磨→金相砂纸打磨→氧化铬抛光或电化学抛光→擦洗金属支架表面→按放在模型上。
