大庆石化公司化肥厂尿素装置2005年进行扩能改造后,生产能力提高了近50%,但是造粒塔尺寸未有任何变化,在环境温度高、生产负荷大的情况下,出造粒塔尿素粒子温度较高,经常出现粉化、板结的问题。该厂经过调查,加入甲醛能够增加粒子强度,减少板结问题,而且尿素分厂量明显减少,同时给化肥厂增效较大。
