作为一项以内容为王的创意产业,动漫创作在动漫产业中占据着举足轻重的位置。云南动漫产业的发展虽然相对滞后,但在21世纪初却出现了诸多亮点,云南本土企业创作了多部异彩纷呈的动漫作品。这些作品融思想性、艺术性与观赏性于一炉,将民族文化艺术元素与电脑高科技技术有机结合,走向了全国乃至世界,并逐步开始实现其经济效益。但云南动漫创作的发展缺乏动漫产业的有力支撑,未能形成自己的特色,市场竞争能力处于劣势位置。因此,理应凸显云南特色,适当加大政策扶持力度,拓宽云南动漫产业的融资渠道,加强对本土动漫人才的培养并适时引进精英人才,逐步构建完整的动漫产业链,以使云南动漫创作走上一条民族化、特色化、差异化和良性循环的发展轨道。 As a content-oriented creative industry, animation creation occupies a pivotal position in the animation industry.
