对某盘孔结构原位涡流检查方法实施过程中影响检测灵敏度的情况进行了分析和试验,结果表明探头周向旋转与Z方向偏转均会影响检测灵敏度,其中原位检查中探头的周向旋转可通过工装得到有效控制,而为避免Z方向偏转带来的灵敏度差异,需在保证原位检查可实施的前提下,选择直径较大的探头以提高原位检查有效性。
The detection sensitivity of a plate-hole structure in-situ eddy current inspection method was analyzed and tested. The results show that the probe rotation and the Z-direction deflection all affect the detection sensitivity. In the in situ inspection, the probe’s circumferential rotation Can be effectively controlled by the tooling. To avoid the sensitivity difference caused by the Z-direction deflection, a larger diameter probe should be selected to ensure the validity of the in-situ inspection while ensuring the in situ inspection can be implemented.
