目的:探讨针对性强、妇女乐意接受的RTI防治社区健康促进干预措施,降低妇女生殖道感染的发生率,提高目标人群和社区的健康水平及生活质量。方法:运用小组讨论和问卷调查方法将弥勒、陇川两县6个样本村的18~49岁2 020名农村育龄妇女作为研究对象,进行了健康教育需求评估;开发出了农村妇女喜看易懂的健康教育及教学材料;采用逐级参与式培训的方法,培训出本土的健教人员,提供持续性的服务;开展了以促进农村社区群众健康为目标,社区及群众共同参与、灵活生动、新颖有效、形式多样、参与性强的健康促进活动。结果:样本村在项目实施后,社区妇女对生殖道感染疾病防治知识知晓率、健康行为形成率均发生了明显变化,生殖道感染患病率有所下降。结论:多部门合作、形式多样、参与性强、综合干预的健康促进活动,及为本地留下一支不走的健康教育队伍,既可提高健康教育效果,又能提高社区及妇女控制疾病、增进健康的能力,有利于整合当地的各种资源,不断提高社区居民的健康水平,不失为一种较有效的干预方式。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the community-based interventions for prevention and control of RTI that women are willing to accept to reduce the incidence of reproductive tract infections in women and improve the health and quality of life of target population and community. Methods: Using the method of group discussion and questionnaire survey, 2,020 rural women of childbearing ages from 18 to 49 years old in 6 sample villages in two counties of Maitreya and Longchuan were studied as the research object, and the needs of health education were evaluated. Understand the health education and teaching materials; the use of step-by-step participatory training methods, training of local health and education personnel, providing continuity of service; carried out to promote the health of rural communities as the goal, the community and the masses to participate in a flexible, New and effective, diversified and participatory health promotion activities. Results: After the implementation of the project in the sample village, the awareness rate of community awareness and prevention of reproductive tract infections and the rate of formation of healthy behaviors in community women have changed significantly, and the prevalence of genital tract infections has declined. Conclusion: The multi-sectoral cooperation, diversified forms of health promotion activities with strong participation and comprehensive intervention, and leaving a contingent of health education teams locally will not only improve the effectiveness of health education but also help the community and women control diseases, The ability to improve health is conducive to the integration of various local resources, and continuously improve the health of community residents, after all, a more effective intervention.
