2005年7月21-23日,由世界肉类组织和中国肉类协会共同主办,美国肉类出口协会、澳洲肉类及畜牧业协会、爱尔兰食品局、德国肉类协会、新西兰肉类协会及各省市肉类协会共同协办的“2005中国国际肉类工业展览会”在北京展览馆召开。会议期间,世界肉类组织官员、国家相关部委领导、国内外的专家、学者、企业家围绕食品安全、国际合作、市场走势、产业现状、技术更新等方面进行了充分的交流。主办方中国肉类协会公布了中国肉类行业新50强企业。本次大会一个显著的特征是国际性强。在中国肉类工业逐步走向规范的今天, 主办方中国肉类协会带给我们一个强烈的印象就是,它正试图从全球经济一体化的高度来引领中国肉类工业的更新发展,而积极融入世界经济大潮寻求发展的一个突破口就是中国要打造出一批自己的肉类工业旗舰。
July 21-23, 2005, organized by the World Meat Organization and the China Meat Association, the American Meat Export Association, the Australian Meat and Livestock Association, the Irish Food Authority, the German Meat Association, the New Zealand Meat Association and Meat provinces and cities in co-organized by the “2005 China International Meat Industry Exhibition ” held in Beijing Exhibition Center. During the meeting, officials of the World Meat Organization, leaders of relevant state ministries and commissions, experts and scholars at home and abroad, and entrepreneurs conducted a full exchange of views on food safety, international cooperation, market trends, industrial status quo and technological upgrading. The organizers China Meat Association announced the top 50 Chinese meat companies. A notable feature of this conference is its strong international character. Today, as China’s meat industry moves towards norm, the organizer, China Meat Association, gives us a strong impression that it is trying to lead the new development of China’s meat industry from the perspective of global economic integration and actively integrate into the world A breakthrough in the economic boom seeking development is that China wants to create its own flagship of the meat industry.
