在高校学生党员培育过程中,运用“朋辈教育”理念,对调动学生党员的主体性和能动性有重要意义。本文基于对目前高校学生党建工作面临的瓶颈分析,立足我院学生党建品牌项目的实践情况,探讨以朋辈教育为指引创新基层党建工作模式的有益做法。
In the process of cultivating student party members in colleges and universities, using the concept of “peer education” is of great significance in mobilizing the student party members’ initiative and subjectivity. Based on the analysis of the current bottlenecks faced by party building in colleges and universities, based on the practice of our college students’ brand building programs, this paper explores the beneficial practices of using peer education as a guideline to innovate the work mode of party building at grassroots level.
