本文应用杀伤效应、酶活性测定及Fulgen-DNA法显示分裂指数,分析山豆根对体外培养人食管癌细胞株(Eca-109)的作用。结果表明:100mg/ml、200mg/ml浓度对细胞的杀伤能力随药物作用时间延长而增强,50mg/ml浓度维持在3%左右。100mg/ml,200mg/ml实验,在加药第3天对细胞分裂指数抑制率接近或达到100%,50mg/ml实验作用呈负相关。山豆根使谷氨酸脱氢酶,苹果酸脱氢酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性下降,直至阴性反应。
In this study, the killing effect, enzyme activity assay and Fulgen-DNA method were used to reveal the splitting index. The effects of Shandou root on human esophageal cancer cell line (Eca-109) were analyzed. The results showed that the cytotoxicity of 100mg/ml and 200mg/ml increased with the prolonging of drug action time, and the concentration of 50mg/ml was maintained at 3%. 100mg/ml, 200mg/ml experiment, on the third day of dosing the cell division index inhibition rate is close to or reach 100%, 50mg/ml experimental effect was negatively correlated. Shandou roots decreased the activities of glutamate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase, and lactate dehydrogenase until a negative reaction.
