高梯度磁分离是一种新颖高效的分离方法文中阐述了该分离方法的作用原理及影响因素,并系统地研究了过滤器填料对磁场强度、进而对分高效果的影响.结果表明,选用磁性较强的材料作过滤填料对分离更为有效,但实际应用中以磁性不锈钢为宜;填料越细、填充度越高,分离效果越好,但一般填充度以5%~10%为宜
High-gradient magnetic separation is a novel and efficient separation method. The principle and influencing factors of this separation method are described in this paper. The influence of filter packing on magnetic field strength and thus the effect of high-level separation is studied systematically. The results show that the selection of magnetic materials as fillers for the separation of more effective, but the practical application of magnetic stainless steel is appropriate; fillers finer, the higher the degree of filling, the better the separation, but the general degree of filling to 5% 10% is appropriate
