由于天然砂日渐紧缺及某些施工技术需要,开展了机制砂的应用研究。通过53组试样试验研究比对得出:GB和JTG两个规程存在差异,但可统一,并需要补充与改进;天然砂饱和面干坍落状态图不适用于机制砂;提出机制砂饱和面干状态比对图和测量机制砂饱和面干状态的指标及建议标准;研究表明岩性不同的4种机制砂及同岩性不同产地的3种机制砂,其饱和面干状态下的5个指标及吸水率有差异。
Due to the increasing shortage of natural sand and the need of some construction technologies, the application research of mechanism sand has been carried out. Through the comparison of 53 groups of test samples, it is concluded that there are differences between GB and JTG rules, but they can be unified and need to be supplemented and improved. The dry slump state diagram of natural sand saturated surface is not suitable for mechanism sand. Surface dry state comparison chart and measurement of saturated sand surface dry system indicators and standards; research shows that the lithology of the four different kinds of mechanism of sand and lithology of different producing areas of three kinds of system sand, the saturated surface dry state of 5 A difference between indicators and water absorption.
