本文借助于三维有限元素法,计算了JB2940—81型双圆弧齿轮在齿面任一点受集中力时齿面各处的下陷量,再由一对轮齿的齿面方程算得变形前齿面各处沿理论啮合点法线方向的间隙量,然后按变形协调关系算得当一对轮齿法向靠拢时的接触区边界形状、接触变形和接触区内载荷分布。论文计算了八种螺旋角(一种是跑合前,七种是充分跑合后ρ_f=ρ_a时)的双圆弧齿轮在不同总载荷时的数据和曲线,从而说明了接触区形状大小及应力分布的规律,并给出了接触应力的计算公式。
In this paper, by means of three-dimensional finite element method, calculate the sag of JB2940-81 double circular arc gear at any point of the tooth surface under concentrated force, and calculate the sag of front tooth surface by the tooth surface equation of a pair of gear teeth The clearance along the normal direction of the theoretical meshing point is calculated everywhere, and then the boundary shape, contact deformation and load distribution in the contact area are calculated when a pair of gear teeth move toward the normal. The paper calculates the data and curves of eight kinds of helix angles (one is before running-in and the other seven are full run-out ρ_f = ρ_a) under different total loads, which shows the shape of contact area and Stress distribution law, and gives the contact stress calculation formula.
