前列舒通颗粒剂多次口服给药能明显抑制巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜所致大鼠足肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿， 提高小鼠痛阈， 有些药理作用强于前列康胶囊。对正常和水负荷大鼠有明显的利尿作用， 还能增加尿中 Ｋ＋ 、 Ｎａ ＋ 的排泄量
Repeated oral administration of Qianlie Shutong granules can significantly inhibit ear swelling caused by croton oil, foot swelling caused by chondrus, and granulomas of rat cotton balls, and increase the pain threshold in mice. Some pharmacological effects are stronger than Qianliekang capsules. It has obvious diuretic effect on normal and water-stressed rats and can also increase excretion of K+ and Na+ in urine.
