连锁便利店发展的基础是消费者存在寻求便利的需求 ,而且这种需求具有普遍性和广泛性 ,构造成一个巨大的市场空间。连锁便利店必须把“便利”特色做足 ,在产品组合、价格、地点、店铺设计以及信息沟通等方面处处体现“满足便利需求”的理念。近年来快速发展的“OK”连锁便利店努力按照这种特色要求打造了自我形象。
Chain store development is based on the existence of consumer demand for convenience, and this demand is universal and extensive, structured into a huge market space. Chain convenience stores must make the “convenience” feature enough to reflect the concept of “meeting the demand for convenience” in product mix, price, location, store design and information communication.
