为探讨煤微观结构对煤自燃的影响,借助于傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析和确认乌达烟煤微观结构中所含的各类官能团,并对煤样辅以工业分析和元素分析。通过对乌达烟煤微观结构的定性分析得出:同一煤层煤样的红外光谱图其峰形基本一致,只是峰强不同;煤结构中的含氧官能团、芳香度的高低和烷基侧链对煤自燃影响较为显著,决定了煤与氧发生氧化反应的难易程度。
In order to investigate the influence of coal microstructure on spontaneous combustion of coal, various functional groups contained in the microstructure of Wuda bituminous coal were analyzed and confirmed by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and industrial analysis and elemental analysis were supplemented on coal samples. Through qualitative analysis of the microstructure of Wuda bituminous coal, the infrared spectra of coal samples from the same coal seam are basically the same, except that the peak intensity is different. The oxygen-containing functional groups in coal structure, the degree of aromaticity and the side chain of alkyl group The spontaneous combustion of coal is more significant, which determines the ease of oxidation of coal and oxygen.
