在室内利用“Y”型嗅觉仪测定了卷蛾分索赤眼蜂Trichogrammatoidea bactrae Nagaraja对11种十字花科蔬菜挥发性物质不同浓度的嗅觉行为反应。结果表明:卷蛾分索赤眼蜂的嗅觉反应不仅与挥发物组分的种类有关,而且与每一种物质的浓度也有一定的关系。同一种挥发性物质因浓度的不同,对卷蛾分索赤眼蜂的作用可为吸引、趋避和无反应3种情况。1%的2,6,10,14-四甲基十五烷,1%和0.1%的癸酸乙酯对该蜂有极显著的吸引作用(P<0.01),浓度为1%的乙酸(2-乙基己基)酯、苯乙烯和0.1%的2-苯基乙基硫代异氰酸酯、正辛醛对该蜂的吸引作用达到显著水平(P<0.05)。10%的2,6,10,14-四甲基十五烷,10%和1%的2-苯基乙基硫代异氰酸酯对该蜂有极显著的趋避作用(P<0.01),10%的正壬醛、香桧烯和苯乙烯对该蜂的趋避作用也达到显著水平(P<0.05)。其它处理对该蜂的行为反应无显著影响(P>0.05)。中浓度1%的2,6,10,14-四甲基十五烷、2-苯基乙基硫代异氰酸酯和低浓度0.1%的苯乙烯对该蜂有显著的吸引作用,而高浓度10%的2,6,10,14-四甲基十五烷、2-苯基乙基硫代异氰酸酯和苯乙烯对该蜂却有显著的趋避作用。
The olfactory responses of Trichogrammatoidea bactrae Nagaraja to different concentrations of volatile substances from 11 cruciferous vegetables were determined using “Y” type olfactometer in the laboratory. The results showed that the olfactory response of Trichogramma decumbens was not only related to the species of volatile components, but also to the concentration of each substance. Due to the different concentration of the same volatile matter, the role of Trichogramma nigromaculata can attract, avoid and no response to the three kinds of situation. 1% 2,6,10,14-tetramethylpentadecane, 1% and 0.1% ethyl decanoate had a significant attraction to the bee (P <0.01), acetic acid at a concentration of 1% 2-ethylhexyl) ester, styrene and 0.1% 2-phenylethylthiisocyanate, n-octanal reached a significant level (P <0.05). The 10% 2, 6, 10, 14-tetramethylpentadecane, 10% and 1% 2-phenylethylthiocyanate had a significant evasion effect on the bee (P <0.01) Of n-nonanal, sabinene and styrene also reached the significant level (P <0.05). Other treatments had no significant effect on the bee behavioral response (P> 0.05).
