当原有的分配体制被打破,就业形势愈发严峻,越来越多的大学生青睐于实习,他们渴望获得更多的工作经验,为今后就业增加砝码。然而法律与制度的缺失和实习生自身维权意识的薄弱,使得实习生劳动权益保护的道路漫长而又艰辛。大多数实习生在自身权益遭受侵害时,他们不知道,亦或是知道了却也无能为力,这便很大程度上成就了用人单位的“肆无忌惮”。因而,想要彻底根治“实习生劳动权益保护难”这一顽疾,必须个人、制度一起抓。
When the original distribution system was broken, the employment situation became more and more serious. More and more college students preferred internships.
