对纯钛管材连续式感应退火的走料速度与管材组织和性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,采用2m/min,1m/min,0.5m/min3种走料速度均可获得良好的再结晶组织和力学性能,而且感应退火后管材表面氧化轻微,其退火管材可以进行变形率不大于70%的后续加工。本实验的3种走料速度感应退火是合适的中间半成品退火工艺。
The effects of continuous feeding annealing speed on the microstructure and properties of the pipe were studied. The results show that good recrystallization microstructure and mechanical properties can be obtained by using 3 kinds of material feeding speed of 2m / min, 1m / min and 0.5m / min. The surface of the pipe is slightly oxidized after induction annealing. The deformation rate of the annealed pipe can not exceed 70% of the follow-up processing. The experiment of the three kinds of material feeding speed induction annealing is the appropriate intermediate semi-finished products annealing process.
