目的建立一种气相色谱测定蔬菜水果中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的方法。方法样品经乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化,浓缩后用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器进行测定。结果方法的线性关系良好,相关系数范围为0.999 2～0.999 7,平均回收率范围为95.0%～119.0%,相对标准偏差均≤10.0%。结论方法操作简便,干扰少,分离好,回收率与精密度高,可满足蔬菜水果中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of pyrethroid pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits by gas chromatography. Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified with Florisil SPE. After concentration, the samples were determined by gas chromatography-electron capture detector. Results The linearity of the method was good, the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.999 2 to 0.999 7, and the average recoveries ranged from 95.0% to 119.0% with relative standard deviations less than or equal to 10.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, less interference, good separation, high recovery and precision, which can meet the determination of pyrethroid pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits.
