机械电子工业部廿三研究所四室研制的微机控制的单模光纤色散测量系统,于1988年12月23日通过了上海科学院的院级技术鉴定。经鉴定会专家们评议,认为该系统的研制技术难度大,在测量精度、波长分辨率及微机控制方面为国内领先。该测量系统采用的“相移法”符合国际、国内有关标准的规定,具有时间分辨率高的优点。国际上从83年开始进入单模光纤色散测量的研究开发。国内在这方面尚未有多少基础。而色散的测量又是单模光纤研制及生产中必不可少的,所以需耗费巨额外汇进口同类仪器。该系统全部采用国产元器件及仪表(除微机外),为单模光纤色散测量立足于国内提供了条件。
The microcomputer-controlled single-mode optical fiber dispersion measurement system developed by Room 4 of the Institute of Machinery and Electronic Industries of the 23rd Institute passed the technical appraisal of the Academy of Sciences of Shanghai Academy of Sciences on December 23, 1988. Appraised experts will comment, that the system is difficult to develop technology, measurement accuracy, wavelength resolution and computer control for the leading domestic. The measurement system uses the “phase shift method” in line with international and domestic standards, with the advantages of high temporal resolution. Internationally, the research and development of single-mode optical fiber dispersion measurement started from 83 years ago. There is not much domestic foundation in this regard yet. The dispersion measurement is single-mode optical fiber development and production is essential, so the need to spend huge amounts of foreign exchange to import similar instruments. The system uses all domestic components and instruments (except computer), for the single-mode fiber dispersion measurement based on the domestic provided the conditions.
