人能否保持健康取决于身体内有害的自由基和有保护作用的抗氧化剂之间的平衡。随着平衡向远离健康一方移动,早期的警告信号开始出现:频繁感染,感染后不易恢复,皮肤容易青紫,伤口难以愈合,皮肤变薄或有与年龄不符的过多皱纹等。抗氧化能力受损的另一表现是遭受自由基袭击后解毒能力下降。如果大量运动或接触污染源,如堵车或处在烟雾缭绕的房间内,头晕眼花或感到疼痛,那么则说明你的抗氧化能力有待提高。
Whether a person can stay healthy depends on the balance between the harmful free radicals in the body and the protective antioxidants. As the balance moved away from the healthy side, early warning signs began to appear: frequent infections, poor recovery after infection, bruising of the skin, hard-to-heal wounds, thinning of the skin or excessive wrinkles that do not match age. Another manifestation of impaired anti-oxidant capacity is the detoxification ability after exposure to free radicals. If there is a lot of movement or contact with sources of pollution, such as traffic jams or in smoke-filled rooms, dizziness or pain, then your antioxidant capacity needs to be improved.
