本文通过对轧机主传动在瞬态响应中扭矩放大现象的讨论,探讨了在忽略阻尼和电磁力矩的假设下对计算主传动瞬态响应的影响,提出了忽略阻尼和电磁力矩应具备的条件,并用电算和现场实测加以验证。在综合考虑间隙、阻尼、外载荷和机械设备的实际使用情况的基础上,建立了主传动动力学参数优化设计的目标函数和约束条件;改进了POWELL法,编制了适合目标函数的计算量很大、约束条件复杂的工程实际问题的优化计算程序。
