随着经济社会的不断发展,广西生态污染问题日益凸显,环境犯罪案件不断增加。但是,环境刑事司法面临诸多困境,在保护生态环境方面未能发挥应有作用。刑事司法应从积极保护生态环境的立场出发,通过环境司法专门化、行政执法与刑事司法有效衔接、加大刑事处罚力度、创制生态污染犯罪典型案例等途径,充分发挥司法环保职能,为建设美丽广西保驾护航。
With the continuous development of economy and society, the issue of ecological pollution in Guangxi has become increasingly prominent, and the number of environmental crimes has continuously increased. However, environmental criminal justice faces many difficulties and fails to play its due role in protecting the ecological environment. Criminal justice should proceed from the standpoint of actively protecting the ecological environment through the specialization of environmental judiciary, the effective linkage of administrative law enforcement and criminal justice, the intensification of criminal punishment and the establishment of typical cases of ecological pollution crime, giving full play to judicial and environmental protection functions and building a beautiful Guangxi Escort.
