职高阶段是学生自我意识形成、发展并逐渐走向完善的重要时期。职高生的职业生涯规划与自我同一性理论具有内在的关联性。在自我同一性理论的视阈中,职高生的职业生涯规划有其存在的必要性和迫切性。自我同一性理论可以给职高生的职业生涯规划提供方法论上的指导与启示:明确层次实现职业生涯规划目标,坚持全体性原则;开展全方位职业生涯规划,坚持渐进性原则。
Vocational high school stage is the self-awareness of students, development and gradually to improve the important period. Vocational careers planning and self-identity theory is intrinsically related. In the perspective of self-identity theory, career planning of vocational college students has its necessity and urgency. The theory of self-identity can provide methodological guidance and enlightenment to career planning of vocational college students: a clear level to achieve career planning goals, adhere to the principle of totality; carry out a full range of career planning, adhere to the principle of gradual.
